Completed Purchase Orders may either be faxed on the “Furniture Order Form” to: 330-893-4327, or mailed to 5484 Township Road 359, Millersburg, OH 44654. The dealer can expect to receive an order confirmation within two business days. If this confirmation is not received, please call: 330-893-2655.
Because of the high margin of error, placing orders by phone is discouraged. The dealer may be held solely responsible for any discrepancies on verbal orders.
In order to ensure accurate order processing and to eliminate delays, please supply complete information on all orders:
- Company Name
- Correct Shipping Address
- Phone Number (contact number for shipping purposes)
- Quantity of products
- Complete Model number of products
- Color of Products
- Complete description
- Special Instructions, if needed.
Any order cancellation or changes must be made within one week of the order entry date. Orders processed and ready for delivery cannot be changed or canceled without incurring a 15% fee or an additional charge.
Standard lead time is 10 business days (two weeks). The date that the order will be completed will be stated on the order confirmation. If a combined shipment is requested, the ship date of the most recent order will establish the lead time for the completed shipment.
An invoice will be presented at the time the order is completed and received. It is also possible to receive the invoice by mail or fax, if so arranged.
New Dealer Setup
Yoderʼs Wood Shop Ltd. requires a dealer to fill out a tax exemption form to be kept on file with Yoderʼs Wood Shop Ltd. when the account is set up. The dealer must be able to legally fill out a tax exemption form to be able to purchase any products from Yoderʼs Wood Shop Ltd. A new dealerʼs order will not be processed until a tax exemption form has been filled out and signed.
A credit application must be submitted, fully completed and signed, to open a new account with Yoderʼs Wood Shop Ltd. Orders may be held until credit application has been approved.
Please contact Yoderʼs Wood Shop at 330-893-2655 for authorization to return a product. The customer will be held responsible for all freight charges on unwanted items that are being returned. Items that are deemed resalable will be credited to the customerʼs account, less a 15% restocking charge. Discontinued products are not returnable.
